APCA Chef Online’s Online Pastry Program is a pre-recorded, self-paced pastry course delivered entirely online and accessible from any country. It is structured in three progressive levels — Basic, Intermediate and Advanced — so a complete beginner and a working pastry professional can both start at the right point.
The program has trained students across 27 countries. Lessons are taught by chefs with World and Asia Pastry Championship credentials, including a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) titleholder. Each level is watched on-demand on computer, TV, phone or tablet, with no fixed class times.
